Ordering from us is easy! All you need to do is send us your design (email to mail@mousepadshop.com), and we will contact you for payment information (credit card or check/money order).
Your design should be at least 300DPI resolution, and slightly larger than the mousepad dimensions. We require a minimum 1/8" bleed, meaning that the design submitted to us must be at least 1/8" wider and 1/8" taller than the mousepad size. Also, all "critical elements" of the design (such as text, logos, etc), must be at least 1/4" from the edge of the pad. We accept design files created with the following software: InDesign, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Acrobat (PDF), Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw. Acceptable file extensions are .JPG, .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, and .PDF. Very large files can be sent to us via FTP. If you need assistance from a graphic designer, we can help (design fees will apply - contact us for details). Standard turnaround time is 8 working days...rush printing is available.
